Vanta Crest Group was founded by practitioners who had spent careers inside the luxury asset industry and had grown frustrated with the misaligned incentives, lack of discretion, and superficial expertise of incumbent brokers. We built the firm we wished had existed.

Privacy is not a feature at Vanta Crest Group — it is the entire architecture of how we operate. Every engagement begins with a mutual NDA. Every client file is compartmentalised. Every counterparty is vetted before receiving any information about our principals or their assets.
We operate on a pure principal-agency model. We represent our clients' interests exclusively and are not commercially tied to any manufacturer, shipyard, charter company, or financial institution. Our only obligation is to the person who has retained us.
This independence allows us to provide genuinely objective advice on valuation, market timing, deal structure, and counterparty due diligence — without the conflicts of interest that compromise most brokers in this space.
